What is your In Store return policy?

We will gladly accept any of our products with the exception of special order items for a refund or exchange within 15 days of the purchase date. Please retain your printed receipt for proof of purchase. We ask that all returned products have the original packaging, tagging intact, and that the product is in new condition i.e. not worn, damaged, or stained.

We are not able to offer refunds on bicycles. Any bicycles returned will be subject to inspection, and if found to be in perfect condition, it will be eligible for store credit or exchange.

Warranty claims are processed through our suppliers and we are subject to their discretion.

  • To complete your online return, we require proof of purchase, and that you contact us using our contact form to receive a return authorization number. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own cost. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether we approve or reject your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow time for your credit card provider to process the refund, as we have no control over this, and it may take a few business days.
  • Once you have received a return authorization number from us, please ship your product to: Bicycles Plus, 1248 Bedford Highway, Bedford, Nova Scotia CA  B4A 1C6

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without this.

Can I special order something that you don't carry?

Absolutely! We'd love to help you out if it is available from our suppliers. We do require a 50% deposit to special order a product, and there are no returns on these items, so please be sure to do your research.

Do you ship bikes from your online store?

Unfortunately, we do not. All bicycles purchased online are available for in-store pick up only.
