This is my machine, Le Grande Orange, or if you look it up in the Giant Catalogue, the Trans Send LX. It's the perfect bike to put in 35 to 40K a day trips, save some gas money, get really fit, and put a smile on your face.

Being a "nut" means I'm not sitting on my butt getting fat and yelling at the "nuts" on the road. "Nuts" are cyclists, walkers and runners, basically anything or anyone who isn't contributing to global warming. Me? I'm out on my bike, staying fit, saving the planet, burning calories, and having the time of my life while doing it. Ah it's great to be a "nut".

You see being called a "nut" is quite common for me. My daughter thinks I'm a "nut" and I know she loves me. She says alot of people talk about me, yes they think I'm a "nut" as well.

I'm too old to do what I do, it's too cold to do what I do, it's too hot to do what I do, it can't be good for me to do what I do. I've heard all the reasons I've been branded a "nut" and I laugh at all of them.

You see this "nut" has been blessed with great health, a great attitude toward life, and a true appreciation for fitness, physical activity, and the wonderful effect it has on your mind, body and soul. Want to become a "nut" and start enjoying life? It's not to late.
