The Bicycles Plus Cycling Club started out in 1994 as a small club of 14 members and has evolved over the years to where the Club today consists of more than 180 active members.

The object of the Club is to provide new cyclists of all ages and abilities with support in expanding their cycling horizons. Whether it be discovering new trails to ride, joining in on our Saturday Morning Road Ride for the very first time, or perhaps just participating in the friendly social environment the Club provides, there is something here for everyone.

The Clubs' Saturday Morning Road Ride is well known as the largest of its type in the Maritimes.

To sign up for the 2013 season, the Club Executive is asking everyone to take advantage of the online registration process offered on the Atlantic Chip Online site. Please download and review the Riders Code of Conduct form as well.

Sunday, June 2, the Bicycles Plus Cycling Club and its sponsors will host the 2013 Halifax Criterium, Atlantic Canada's Premiere Road Race, the Halifax Crit.

The Bicycles Plus Cycling Club MTB rides are a go most Wednesday nights, weather permitting. Join the Club and have the option of signing on to the Club Forum where daily rides and events are posted.

Our Cycling Club continues to grow, as new cyclists move into the area, and folks that maybe haven't been active in the community up till now, realize the fun they have been missing.
